Because they are copyrighted, and I don't want no trouble. Also, if you're that interested, you really should just buy the book. It's an inexpensive paperback and it provides a lot of background information for people who are inexperienced with Indian cuisine (like me). I do post original recipes.
My husband, cooking teacher and (most recently) sous-chef. Most of the recipes I post are his; when he cooks, he's also kind enough to email me his notes the next morning.
